How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days (US) and 5-10 business days (international). Express shipping (1-2 days US) is available for an extra fee.​

Will my chocolate melt during shipping?​

All orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs. We avoid shipping to hot regions during peak summer (June-August) unless you opt for expedited delivery.​

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?​

Yes! We have a dedicated “Vegan & Gluten-Free” category, including dark chocolate, nut pralines, and fruit-covered chocolates—all clearly labeled.​

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?​

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Contact our support team via chat/email with your order ID to request changes.​

What is your return policy?​

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged items get free replacements or refunds—no questions asked.​

How do I track my order?​

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can also track it via your ChocoVoyage account under “My Orders.”​

Are your chocolates made with sustainable cocoa?​

Yes. All our partners use Fair Trade-certified cocoa, ensuring farmers get fair pay and sustainable growing practices are followed.​

Do you offer bulk discounts for events?​

Bulk orders (50+ items) get 15% off. For corporate gifts or large events, contact our team to customize packaging and assortments.​

How long do your chocolates stay fresh?​

Most chocolates have a 3-6 month shelf life. Store them in a cool (60-70°F), dry place—avoid direct sunlight or refrigeration (it dries out chocolate).​

Can I add a handwritten note to my gift order?​

Yes! During checkout, check “Add Gift Note” and type your message—we’ll print it on a premium card and include it in the package for free.​

What if my order is lost in transit?​

If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, contact us within 3 days. We’ll investigate and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
